After placing an order shipping may take up to two weeks for production and processing.
Flash Sales
Flash sales codes can only be applied to regularly priced merchandise and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Codes cannot be applied to VIP Lounge merchandise or previously purchased items. Follow Candace Christian Napa Valley on Facebook and Instagram for Flash Sale announcements.
VIP Lounge Sales
Merchandise in the VIP Lounge is sold on a first come first serve basis. No additional offers or discounts can be applied. VIP Lounge is opened randomly to reveal discounts to customers. ALL VIP SALES ARE FINAL
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you have a mishap with your bag we offer a 60 day warranty with the original receipt. However, normal wear and tear such as liners and edging is not included in the warranty . Sorry there are no refunds.
Email us at candacechristianinfo@yahoo.com for authorization and mailing instructions. It's the customers responsibility to ship the bag to and from us. Exchanges for the same bag will be made. If the bag is unable to be repaired or is sold out, you may use your credit for a replacement through our online store , or visiting a show.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
